Present of AI is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to run daily operations for a small, fully remote team, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, records, and leave handling.

The ideal candidate has ~4 years generalist experience, is organized and discreet, and knows when to escalate to the senior people leader. You will build simple policies and templates from scratch while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, and you’ll collaborate with a PEO partner.
