Job summary

TheSoul Group is seeking an experienced, hands-on HR Generalist who can independently own a wide, fast-changing mix of senior stakeholder support, HR projects, and recruitment with an AI-first mindset.

You’ll sit in on reorganizations, drive HR initiatives, source candidates, and help evolve how HR uses AI tools across the organization. This is a dynamic, remote-friendly role with broad scope.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR generalist capable of owning multiple initiatives.
• Experience sourcing, interviewing, and building candidate pipelines.
• Advise managers on performance, conflict, and policy.
• Familiar with AI applications in HR and automation tools.
• Proven stakeholder management in a fast-changing org.
• Comfortable remote work with a flexible schedule.
• Experience in scaling, multi-entity or cross-border orgs is a plus.
• Strong self-management with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing for a defined set of open roles and manage candidate pipelines.
• Conduct interviews from initial screens to later hiring stages.
• Drive core HR initiatives like talent reviews and Pay Transparency implementation.
• Bring an AI-first mindset to HR processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Build AI skills and evolve how HR uses AI tools.
• Act as trusted backup to Global HR and support transformations.
• Advise people managers on day-to-day and complex people questions.
• Provide ad hoc employee advisory and support as issues arise.
• Collaborate on HR projects delivery and employee/manager advisory.
