Glean Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Product Enablement Manager to connect Product, Product Marketing, and GTM Enablement.

You will turn launches, roadmaps, and complex product capabilities into clear narratives, workflows, and trainings that drive adoption and revenue across the GTM organization. You will help design an AI-first enablement system that keeps GTM teams current on changes, why they matter, and how to apply them in real deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS go-to-market roles such as product enablement, sales enablement, product marketing, or solutions engineering with strong field interaction.
• Proven track record translating complex or AI-heavy product concepts into simple, field-ready narratives, talk tracks, and trainings.
• Solid understanding of AI products at a conceptual level and curiosity about how Work AI changes selling and customer workflows.
• Experience using AI tools to design curricula, interactive labs, self-serve Q&A, or agent-assisted certifications.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM-facing layer of product enablement, translating release notes, specs, and technical docs into field guidance for when to use new capabilities and which personas to target.
• Build and maintain a scalable product enablement program for GTM teams (sales; with potential expansion to SEs/SAs, Customer Outcomes, Support, Partnerships).
• Design and deliver high-impact enablement sessions on new features and workflows with live practice and in-customer scenarios.
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Competitive, Sales, Technical Enablement, and Customer Outcomes to ensure launch-readiness with clear talk tracks and demo flows.
• Embed product learning into onboarding, certifications, deal coaching, and manager enablement; create AI-first launch briefs and role-based guidance.
• Lead the design of an AI-first launch-to-enable loop, turning release notes and docs into structured enablement assets.
