Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior GTM Architect to own the architecture across Salesforce, marketing automation, data enrichment, and CS. You will translate GTM strategy into practical designs and remain hands-on to build critical components.

You will present to senior GTM, RevOps, and executive leadership, mentor engineers, and help move AI-native workflows from pilot to production while maintaining data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Technical decision-maker for a complex, multi-system GTM platform spanning marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Hands-on with Apex, LWC, Flow and integrations at scale.
• Experience designing agentic AI/LLM-powered workflows for real business problems.
• Ability to translate ambiguous GTM problems into technical solutions and tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM systems architecture: Salesforce, marketing automation, sales engagement, data enrichment, and CS/support platforms.
• Ship AI agents into production, replacing manual GTM work with auditable automation.
• Redesign core GTM processes around AI: lead-to-revenue, opportunity management, renewals/expansion, and support handoffs.
• Stay hands-on: architect and ship meaningful parts of the solution (Apex, LWC, SOQL, integrations).
• Establish data quality and governance standards and build leadership reporting infrastructure.
• Serve as the go-to domain expert translating architectural and AI tradeoffs to leadership decisions.
• Mentor engineers on system design, AI-native workflows, and tradeoff thinking.
