Job summary

Box is seeking a Solutions Architect to join the Customer Success and Box Consulting teams. You will define and build out complex solutions across Box and with customers, ensuring satisfaction while promoting Box technical and platform offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
• Expertise in cloud solution architecture including APIs, DevOps, and middleware.
• Experience with Python, Typescript, Node.js, Java, .NET, or Visualforce.
• Ability to present technical information to executives and developers.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver complex Box-based solutions for customers.
• Lead pre-sales scoping and develop repeatable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to drive GTM adoption.
• Forecast capacity and contribute to revenue targets.
