Job summary

WorkOS is seeking a Design Engineer who lives at the intersection of design and code. You’ll work with the Product Design team to prototype, build, and polish experiences across Dashboard, Admin Portal, and Atlas, while contributing to our design system.

You’ll prototype directly in code, validate with customers, and ship production experiences with a high bar for craft. AI-first focus and collaboration across teams are key.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping polished products with strong craft.
• Ability to justify design decisions and tradeoffs.
• Ability to handle edge cases, accessibility, and constraints.
• Comfortable working across code and design tools; eager to learn.
