AI tools are core to how you work, collaborating with product designers and engineers to raise quality across surfaces. You will ship real components for thousands of users in a fast-moving AI-powered CX product, contributing to a design-forward SaaS environment and a scalable

Qualifications

• Strong Figma skills: component library, variables, auto layout.
• Solid frontend: HTML, CSS, React, TypeScript.
• Experience building and maintaining UI component libraries.
• Design systems knowledge: tokens, spacing, visual consistency.
• Active use of AI coding tools with clear opinions.
• Has shipped real components to production products.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the design system, component library, Storybook, design tokens.
• Prototype in React/TypeScript and validate with real users.
• Translate designs into production-grade components with pixel accuracy.
• Ensure design-code parity across core product surfaces.
• Review frontend PRs for visual quality and UX consistency.
• Document AI-native prompts and workflows for the team.
• Collaborate with product designer to scale the visual language.
