Job summary

WorkOS is seeking a Design Engineer who sits with the Product Design team to prototype, build, and polish experiences across Dashboard, Admin Portal, and more. You will ship production experiences with a high bar for craft and contribute to our design system while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You’ll prototype in code, validate with customers, and push for accessible, scalable, and polished interactions across WorkOS products.

Qualifications

• Eye for design details and craft with a track record of shipping polished products.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and tradeoffs and impact on the product.
• Experience with edge cases, accessibility, and real-world complexity.

Responsibilities

• Build production-quality components and interactions across WorkOS products.
• Prototype concepts, build new products, and test ideas with customers.
• Improve the design system, performance, and interaction behavior.
• Collaborate with product teams to validate ideas with customers.
• Share work openly and contribute to design system and agent guidance.
• Contribute to design explorations using code and design tools.
