Argo and Farm Family are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to drive an AI-first data strategy for a leading P&C insurer. You will lead design and delivery of data products across underwriting, claims, risk, and customer experience, working with analysts, actuaries, and business leaders to enable rapid, compliant insights.

You will mentor teammates, shape data governance, and advocate best practices in data quality and security within an on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of data engineering experience, with a track record in data design and implementation for insurance.
• Knowledge of P&C insurance operations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered data products and solutions for underwriting, claims, risk, and customer experience in P&C.
• Define, develop, and register curated data products for auto, home, commercial, and specialty lines.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, actuaries, underwriters, claims teams, and leaders to deliver scalable, compliant data solutions.
