• 5+ years of data engineering experience, with proven design and implementation in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of AI-powered data products addressing underwriting, claims, risk, and customer experience.
• Define and register curated data products for lines of business (auto, home, commercial, specialty).
• Collaborate with analysts, scientists, actuaries, underwriters, claims specialists and leaders to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Establish best practices for data engineering in P&C, ensuring data quality, governance and privacy.
• Mentor team members and foster innovation and collaboration.
