Clearbrook Holdings Inc. seeks a Senior Data Engineer to lead an AI-first data strategy for a P&C insurance carrier. You will design AI-powered data products aligned with underwriting, claims, risk management and customer experience.

You will define reusable data products across lines of business and collaborate with analysts, actuaries, underwriters, and business leaders to deliver scalable, compliant data solutions. This is an in-office role in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of data engineering experience in insurance (P&C preferred).
• Experience with AI-first strategies and modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI-powered data product design for underwriting, claims, risk management and customer experience.
• Define reusable data products across lines of business: auto, home, commercial, specialty.
• Collaborate with analysts, actuaries, underwriters, and leaders to gather requirements.
