Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of data engineering experience in the insurance industry, preferably P&C.
• Strong understanding of P&C operations including underwriting and claims.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a compliance-driven environment.
• Experience implementing AI-first strategies with modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of AI-powered data products across underwriting, claims, risk, and customer experience in P&C.
• Define and register reusable data products for lines of business including auto, home, commercial, and specialty.
• Collaborate with analysts, actuaries, underwriters, and business leaders to deliver scalable, secure data solutions.
• Establish best practices for data governance, quality, and privacy in insurance data engineering.
• Mentor team members and foster innovation.
