Qualifications

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-powered data products and solutions for underwriting, claims, risk management, and customer experience.
• Define, develop, and register reusable data products for auto, home, agriculture, commercial, and specialty lines.
• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, actuaries, underwriters, and leaders to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Establish best practices for data governance, quality, and privacy in insurance data engineering.
• Mentor team members and foster innovation and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
