Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of data engineering experience in the insurance industry, preferably P&C.
• Strong understanding of P&C operations including underwriting and claims processing.
• Experience implementing AI-first data strategies and modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-powered data product design for underwriting, claims, risk management, and customer experience in P&C.
• Define and register reusable data products across lines of business (auto, home, commercial, specialty).
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, actuaries, underwriters, and business leaders to deliver scalable, secure data solutions.
• Establish best practices for data engineering with governance and privacy standards.
• Mentor team members and foster innovation and collaboration.
