DocuSign seeks an experienced Senior Product Manager for Commerce to own end-to-end quote-to-cash capabilities, including AI-native design and monetization models. You will partner with Engineering, Finance, Sales Ops, and GTM to align pricing, catalog governance, and integrations across billing, provisioning, and revenue operations.

Competenze

• 12+ years of product management experience in commerce, quote-to-cash, or order-to-revenue domains within SaaS or enterprise software
• Experience with enterprise commerce platforms and data flow across system boundaries
• Experience with AI-first products and governance of data, prompts and evals

Mansioni

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for commerce capabilities end to end spanning quoting controls, product and pricing enablement, and the integrations that connect these to billing, provisioning, and revenue operations across direct, partner, and self-serve channels
• Map and manage the full commerce stack from product definition through quoting, order capture, billing, and fulfillment to reduce fragmentation
• Define and enforce quoting controls, pricing rules, discount governance, and configuration validation
• Drive end-to-end quoting experience, reduce friction, and shorten time-to-quote
• Identify systemic issues in commerce performance and drive corrective action
• Enable new monetization models and catalog governance for reliable launches
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Finance, Sales Ops, and GTM to align capabilities with policies
• Define and drive AI-first commerce experience strategy and roadmap for intelligent configuration assistants and real-time pricing
• Establish observability across platforms with dashboards and ML performance metrics
• Mentor and develop talent, hire, and lead without authority
• Use AI tools to prototype and improve workflows and delivery practices
