You will own the end-to-end commerce stack—from product definition and quoting rules to billing, provisioning, and revenue outcomes—driving AI-native experiences across the quote-to-cash lifecycle. The role requires deep domain expertise in enterprise SaaS commerce, pricing governance, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, finance, and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience with commerce systems across quote-to-cash, order-to-revenue, and provisioning.
• Ability to design AI-first commerce experiences across multiple layers of the stack.
• Familiarity with pricing, catalog governance, and data standards for launches.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for end-to-end commerce capabilities.
• Map and manage the full commerce stack from product definition to fulfillment and revenue.
• Define and enforce quoting controls, pricing rules, and configuration validation.
• Drive the end-to-end quoting experience and reduce time-to-quote.
• Identify systemic issues and drive cross-functional remediation.
• Enable new monetization models and data governance for launches.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, Sales Ops, and GTM to align policies and strategy.
• Define AI-first commerce strategy and product roadmap for AI-enabled capabilities.
• Shape AI development lifecycle with problem framing, evals, and rollout criteria.
• Establish observability across platforms with dashboards and performance metrics.
