Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the end-to-end agentic quoting experience, sitting between Sales and quoting teams to accelerate and improve quotes for priority customers. You will design MCP integrations, define AI feature criteria, and build the tools staff rely on to review pricing and quotes.

You will set a 6–12 month roadmap, partner with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Quoting Operations, and Finance, and operate with a startup pace inside a public company.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a workflow between sales/service and customers in a B2B, marketplace, or enterprise context.
• Proven shipping AI/automation into human workflows with guardrails.
• Experience integrating products across CRM, ERP, file storage, and messaging.
• Ability to redesign intake channels and improve funnel performance.
• Hands-on fluency with agentic tools such as Cursor or Claude.
• Strong SQL and dashboard-building skills.
• Comfort deciding under ambiguity and writing precise requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end request-to-quote experience for key customers.
• Redesign the funnel and intake channels to enable self-serve options.
• Define AI feature requirements and governance with clear success criteria.
• Build and ship with AI agents and integrate MCP/ERP across systems.
• Develop internal staff tools for quoting, pricing, and review processes.
• Instrument events, build dashboards, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Set a 6 to 12 month roadmap and align cross-functional teams.
