Job summary

Logicbroker is seeking an early-career Product Manager to shape products powering intelligent, connected commerce. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Commercial teams to translate customer needs into impactful solutions across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, eCommerce, Supply Chain, or another technology-focused role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable using AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) as part of daily workflow to improve productivity, accelerate learning, and produce high-quality work.
• Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and enthusiasm for experimenting with new tools and ways of working.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to support the product lifecycle from discovery and planning through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Gather customer insights through interviews, feedback, analytics, and market research to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Develop a strong understanding of retailer and supplier workflows across the commerce, marketplace, and dropship ecosystem.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, analyze customer feedback, generate insights, and improve day-to-day productivity across the product lifecycle.
• Use AI-assisted development and prototyping tools to build and validate functionality including prototypes, and production-ready features where applicable.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality product enhancements using AI methodologies and guide AI-accelerated delivery on larger initiatives.
• Help prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, business goals, and technical considerations.
• Monitor product performance and key metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Support product launches, release communications, documentation, and internal enablement.
