• Proven process-driven approach and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
• Experience in business development or sales exploration.
• Comfort with AI-driven environments and data-enabled decision making.
• Proficient with prospecting tools and outbound outreach strategies.
• Strong time management and collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Perform outbound strategic business development to identify new prospects and set up initial meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with leads from marketing activities to create qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Pre-Sales and Sales to understand Precisely's products and communicate value propositions clearly.
• Source contacts using platforms like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and others.
• Maintain daily activities in Salesforce and Outreach, tracking interactions with prospects.
• Engage in regular 1:1s with the BDR Manager and weekly team discussions to drive improvements.
