EY is seeking a senior UX/interaction designer focused on AI-assisted experiences. You will define interaction patterns, conduct usability studies, and build production-ready components for web and multimodal surfaces.

Collaboration with product, engineering, AI, security, and research will translate insights into intuitive, trusted user experiences. Responsibilities include prototyping, translating user intents into specifications, and ensuring accessibility with WCAG/WAI-ARIA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant and applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
• Portfolio of shipped interaction design, design engineering, frontend engineering, or HCI work showing both thinking and implementation.
• Production proficiency in modern web or application technologies, delivering responsive, performant components.
• Experience designing for AI, search, recommendation, automation, or another adaptive system.
• Practical command of semantic UI, WCAG, WAI-ARIA, keyboard interaction, and assistive-technology testing.
• Travel and On-site requirements: up to 50% travel and hybrid office access.

Responsabilités

• Define experience principles, interaction architecture, and reusable patterns for AI-assisted and agentic products.
• Conduct workflow research and usability testing with diverse users, including those using assistive technologies.
• Build high-fidelity prototypes and accessible production components for web, app, conversational, or multimodal surfaces.
• Translate user intent into interaction specifications for clarification, uncertainty, memory, personalization, permissions, and action boundaries.
• Make plans, progress, evidence, tool activity, costs, and outcomes legible without overwhelming users.
• Design controls for preview, approval, interruption, edit, undo, retry, escalation, and human takeover.
• Measure task completion, effort, correction burden, recovery, and trust calibration; collaborate to improve the experience across teams.
