Qualifications

• Experience building observable, auditable AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-stack design and engineering quality for AI pilots and prototypes.
• Design human-on-the-loop interaction patterns for agentic systems.
• Build and maintain a shared design system and component library for AI outputs.
