Job summary

Upgrade is seeking an AI Experience Engineer to own the customer-facing AI agent journeys across chat, voice and email. You’ll translate servicing workflows into production journeys, iterate after launch, and ensure the agent resolves issues safely and accurately.

The role sits between engineering, product and customer ops with a focus on containment and CSAT. You’ll work across Personal Loans, Card, BNPL, Deposits, and set standards for building, testing and shipping AI experiences within

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Frontend Software Engineering experience, or equivalent experience in Solutions Engineering, Conversational AI or Technical Product roles

Responsibilities

• Journey creation: Design and build Sierra journeys in Agent Studio for chat, voice and email, from discovery with operations through production rollout
