Job summary

Blackbaud is seeking a Team Lead, Customer Renewals to guide the India-based renewal team toward consistent execution of renewal strategies and improved forecast accuracy.

You will work with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to protect recurring revenue while enabling data-driven decisions and scalable renewal operations. The role emphasizes coaching, process discipline, and collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in renewals, account management, or SaaS revenue roles.
• Experience with Salesforce, dashboards, and AI-enabled analytics.
• Strong forecasting, risk assessment, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Help protect customer retention and recurring revenue by implementing renewal strategies across the India-based team.
• Drive pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy by reviewing renewal opportunities and risks.
• Coach Renewal Representatives through customer conversations and negotiation preparation.
• Strengthen CRM updates, renewal documentation, and process adherence.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Services, and Ops teams to remove roadblocks.
• Support onboarding, mentoring, and team readiness.
• Leverage reports, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools to identify trends and improve renewal performance.
