Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design, learning experience design or corporate learning.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and learner-centered design.
• Experience designing ILT, VILT and self-paced digital learning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Excel, SharePoint).
• Competent using AI-enabled content development technologies and tools.
• Strong writing, editing and communication skills.
• Experience creating storyboards, facilitator materials and assessments.
• Project management with ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), eLearning, performance support resources, facilitator guides, participant materials and manager toolkits.
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles for learner-centered experiences.
• Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze needs, define objectives and develop solutions.
• Create design outlines, storyboards, activities, scenarios, simulations and assessments.
• Design experiences supporting Human Skills such as communication, judgement, collaboration, accountability and leadership.
• Leverage Copilot, LLM Suite and AI-enabled tools to enhance design and engagement.
• Develop and maintain eLearning content using approved enterprise platforms.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, branding and quality; analyze feedback to improve.
• Work with multimedia teams to create videos, graphics and interactive assets.
• Conduct quality reviews and ensure curriculum consistency.
• Stay current on instructional design practices and AI trends.
