You’ll translate adoption goals into learning needs and craft experiential journeys with HR, Technology, Data & Analytics, and risk teams. As an instructional designer, you will lead needs analyses, design end-to-end curricula, and ensure the content is accurate, scalable and compliant with firm

Qualifications

• 6+ years of instructional design experience for adult learners at scale.
• Experience running needs analysis and scoping learning solutions from business goals.
• Strong curriculum design, mapping to frameworks and learning journeys.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and responsible use.
• Advanced stakeholder management in transformation environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assess learning needs across employee segments and translate goals into requirements.
• Design and develop experiential learning journeys from literacy to advanced use.
• Apply learning science to ensure durable, observable behavior change.
• Define objectives, map content to the AI fluency framework and identify gaps.
• Review existing content for quality and alignment; decide reuse or create.
• Create tool-specific learning for AI tools like chat assistants and Copilot.
• Scale learning across the firm with repeatable templates and playbooks.
• Lead pilots, user testing and revisions to meet learner needs.
• Partner with analytics to measure adoption and impact.
