Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an AI Enablement Instructional Designer to design, develop and maintain learning solutions that build employee capability in using the firm’s AI tools across segments and regions.

You will translate AI adoption goals into learning needs, creating modern, experiential journeys that help employees use AI tools effectively while ensuring quality, accessibility and responsible use in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of instructional design experience at scale.
• Ability to run learning needs analyses from business goals.
• Strong curriculum design and learning journey mapping.
• Hands-on with generative AI tools and responsible use.
• Quality assurance on learning content with actionable feedback.
• Excellent stakeholder management in transformation programs.
• Project management with multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication; plain language.
• Global mindset for diverse roles and geographies.
• Strong problem-solving in changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess learning needs across employee segments and define requirements.
• Design modern, experiential learning journeys for AI fluency.
• Apply learning science to ensure durable, measurable change.
• Map content to AI fluency framework; identify curriculum gaps.
• Review internal and vendor content for quality and relevance.
• Create tool- and workflow-based learning for AI tools including Copilot.
• Collaborate with HR, Tech, Risk, and stakeholders to scale learning.
• Lead pilots, user tests and revisions to meet learner needs.
• Partner with teams to produce scalable design templates and standards.
• Define success metrics and report adoption and impact.
