You will translate adoption goals into learning needs, create experiential journeys, and collaborate across HR, Technology, Data & Analytics, Risk & Compliance and product enablement to deliver scalable, high-quality learning.

Competenze

• 6+ years of instructional design experience for adult learners at scale.
• Translate business goals into learning needs and curricula.
• Strong QA and content review with actionable feedback.
• Experience with generative AI tools and responsible use in regulated environments.

• Assess learning needs across employee segments and define scope.
• Design experiential instructional materials and journeys.
