JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an AI Fluency Instructional Designer to design, develop and maintain learning solutions that build employee capability in using the firm’s AI tools across segments, roles and regions.

As part of the firmwide Employee Enablement program, you translate AI adoption goals into clear learning needs and create modern, experiential learning journeys that help employees use the right AI tools at the right time to maximize productivity and value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of instructional design experience for adult learners at scale.
• Proven ability to run learning needs analysis from business goals and learner data.
• Strong curriculum design skills including mapping to frameworks and proficiency levels.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and practical AI concepts.
• Strong content review and quality assurance abilities with actionable feedback.
• Advanced stakeholder management and cross-functional partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and scope learning needs across employee segments and personas.
• Design and develop experiential instructional materials, curriculum and journeys that build AI fluency.
• Leverage learning science to ensure durable learning and lasting behavior change.
• Apply AI fluency framework to define objectives, outcomes, and gaps in curriculum.
• Review existing content for quality and alignment; decide to reuse, adapt, retire or build.
• Design tool-specific and workflow-based learning for AI tools including chat assistants and Copilot.
• Collaborate with segment learning teams to scale learning across the firm.
• Define and test high-quality end-to-end learner experiences; run pilots and user testing.
• Work with measurements and analytics partners to define a performance-focused plan and report impact.
• Lead research and benchmarking of AI upskilling with external frameworks and ensure quality, accessibility and responsible AI use.
• Collaborate with HR, Technology, Data & Analytics, Risk & Compliance and SMEs to produce high-quality learning design; use AI tools to speed up processes.
