Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Leadership Edge team seeks an Executive Director to lead the expansion of our executive development curriculum for senior leaders. You will design innovative development experiences, analyze data, and collaborate across geographies to align programs with strategic priorities.

You will guide content creation, drive impact through KPIs, and partner with HR and business leaders to foster inclusion, learning, and growth in a fast-changing financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in executive development or related leadership roles.
• Proven ability to facilitate senior-level groups and coaching.
• Experience across geographies and matrix organizations.
• Experience designing AI-focused initiatives for leaders.
• Strong business mindset with focus on outcomes.
• Master’s or PhD in a relevant field; coaching certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Reimagine and redesign executive development curriculum with industry benchmarks.
• Collaborate with experts to translate business needs into learning solutions, including AI initiatives.
• Leverage diverse learning channels to make learning accessible and engaging for senior executives.
• Establish KPIs on learning outcomes, satisfaction, and business impact.
• Build partnerships with leaders, HR stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Foster inclusive environment to support growth and belonging.
• Lead discovery including needs assessment, research, and content curation.
• Adapt programs quickly to changing business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement using data and feedback.
• Guide senior leaders through transformative learning experiences.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and champion innovative approaches to executive development.
