Job summary

Metaview is an AI company focused on recruiting. We’re seeking an Engagement Manager to help our SMB customers transform their hiring workflows with AI, driving adoption, retention, and long-term impact.

You’ll guide SMB customers through change management, enabling AI adoption at scale, and surface insights that sharpen our product and go-to-market strategies. You’ll onboard, drive adoption, own account health, and help shape our roadmap.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role (Consultancy, Customer Success, Sales, RevOps, or similar).
• Energetic and able to energize others.
• Confident communicator who guides customers through AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact onboarding for SMB customers to reach value quickly.
• Use data to drive product adoption and engage customers with key features.
• Monitor usage and health, balancing high-touch with scalable approaches.
• React quickly to issues, coordinating with technical teams as needed.
• Help design a scalable CS approach to support thousands of users.
• Surface customer feedback to Product/Sales to shape roadmap and GTM messaging.
