Job summary

Metaview is seeking an Implementation Specialist to own the customer’s first experience with our AI-enabled platform. You will manage configuration, lead training, and drive user activation across Metaview agents for new customers.

This hands-on role defines how the product is adopted and delivers measurable ROI through successful onboarding and ongoing optimization across dozens of companies annually.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple implementations across accounts.
• Ability to design effective onboarding and training plans.
• Comfort with product configuration, integrations, data and prompts.

Responsibilities

• Run implementations for strategic customers: plan, setup, track progress and communicate next steps.
• Create customer-specific Metaview configurations and prompt instructions for agents.
• Deliver end-user training sessions and onboarding for buyers and managers.
• Monitor adoption and provide targeted re-training or config tweaks as needed.
• Turn lessons into reusable assets for future implementations.
