Metaview, an AI-powered recruiting platform, seeks a Product Marketing Manager to articulate positioning and compelling stories for its AI agents. You will work with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to demonstrate value and drive adoption of new capabilities.

You will own market and customer insights, develop go-to-market programs, and create sales enablement materials that help customers understand how Metaview accelerates hiring at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience owning product marketing for B2B technology products.
• Strong product and technical fluency: become internal expert on the product.
• Strong customer and market research skills, with judgment to act on insight.
• Business acumen and GTM instinct: connect decisions to ICP, competition, sales motion.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with a high bar for craft.
• High agency, low ego, bias toward action in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for new products and capabilities.
• Plan and execute product launches with Product and customer-facing teams.
• Develop an understanding of customers, buyers, competitors, and the recruiting tech market.
• Turn customer insight into narratives, case studies, sales collateral, and enablement materials.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with knowledge and tools to communicate value.
• Measure impact of product marketing initiatives and optimize approaches.
