Job summary
Capital One is seeking a Director, AI Enablement Product Management to rethink how AI capabilities are moved into enterprise workflows. You will lead an integrated product organization spanning AI tooling, governance, and developer platforms to enable scalable, reliable AI-powered business outcomes.
You will partner with data engineering, legal, finance, and business units to define roadmaps, set guardrails, and drive adoption—transforming operations through measurable AI-enabled productivity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field is required
- At least 5 years of Product Management experience
- Experience translating business strategy into consumer facing digital products
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year AI infrastructure product roadmap for enterprise operations
- Architect and deploy autonomous AI agents and advanced RAG systems to transform high-friction processes
- Create enterprise patterns, guardrails, and AI architectures across engineering and non-engineering functions
- Replace manual toil with reusable platform components and AI agents
- Build AI-driven semantic layers and integrate agentic AI/ML into core workflows
- Establish LLM evaluation pipelines and guardrails ensuring data privacy and compliance
- Drive adoption and change management with internal champions and partners
- Translate between data engineering, finance, legal, and business-unit leaders to align strategy
- Establish feedback loops between business users and core infrastructure teams
