Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year AI platform roadmap for internal enterprise AI infrastructure.
• Architect and deploy autonomous AI agents and advanced RAG systems to transform high-friction processes.
• Create and deploy enterprise patterns, guardrails, and AI architectures across engineering and non-engineering functions.
• Replace manual toil with reusable platform components and AI agents.
• Build intuitive AI-driven semantic layers and integrate AI/ML capabilities into core workflows.
• Establish guardrails and pipelines for data privacy, compliance, and zero-hallucination thresholds.
• Partner with internal champions to drive adoption beyond mere feature deployment.
• Serve as a bridge between data engineering teams, finance executives, legal teams and business units.
• Provide feedback loops between business users and core infrastructure to refine strategy.
