Job summary

Oliver Wyman, a Marsh business, seeks an Inside Regional AI Product Enablement Analyst to advance AI capability adoption across the Americas. You will help scale responsible AI usage, coach teams, refine prompts, and test custom GPTs in a structured, collaborative environment.

You will contribute to documentation, living exemplars, and training materials while supporting cross-functional teams and coaching office hours. This is a hands-on, quality-driven role with hybrid in-office requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in analytics, digital enablement, or technology-adjacent roles.
• Exposure to AI tools and interest in experimentation.
• Experience supporting documentation or analysis work in collaborative, cross functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured prompt testing and refinement across defined AI use cases.
• Support configuration and testing of custom GPTs and AI assistants.
• Build and maintain prompt libraries, living exemplars, and structured guides.
