Job summary

JLL is seeking a Lead, Tech Enablement to act as the in-market expert for AI across the broker deal cycle and drive adoption of JLL AI tools and workflows. You will partner with brokers to refine AI processes and measure business impact across multiple regional offices.

You will define adoption metrics, build regional dashboards, and develop scalable enablement playbooks and trainings. This hybrid role requires collaboration with Product Support and GTM to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years combined experience in commercial real estate (Tenant Rep and/or Agency Leasing) and technology adoption.
• Undergraduate degree required.
• Expertise in AI including agentic workflows and automation for brokerage deals.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong skills across a modern tech stack and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as in-market expert on AI across the broker deal cycle and drive adoption of AI tools.
• Define adoption metrics and build dashboards to track performance and impact.
• Build relationships with brokerage leaders to influence adoption priorities and optimize workflows.
• Deliver training and scalable enablement materials across markets and coordinate with product teams.
• Create communities of practice and mentor power users to sustain enablement capacity.
