Job summary

You will design technical approaches, build demos, and support deployment while collaborating with Sales, Product, Research, and Engineering teams. You should bring a strong technical foundation in software, APIs, cloud infrastructure, data, or AI systems, and be able to translate complex tech into clear business outcomes, while promoting safe and effective

Qualifications

• Experience helping customers evaluate, implement, or adopt complex technology and translate technical work to business outcomes.
• Strong technical foundation in software, APIs, cloud infrastructure, data, or AI systems.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and build trust with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to identify goals, define measurable outcomes, and map AI applications.
• Design technical approaches across architecture, integrations, data, security, governance, and evaluation.
• Build demonstrations, prototypes, or production solutions, and guide deployment and adoption.
