Job summary

Mentor Collective is seeking an experienced AI Enablement lead to unify Claude and Cursor across engineering, product, and operations. You will design agentic workflows, ship tooling, and drive rapid prototyping with live customer feedback.

You will bridge technical and non-technical teams, ensuring adoption, safety, and governance while scaling AI across the org for velocity and impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, developer productivity, or technical enablement.
• Hands-on experience with Claude and Cursor tools.
• Track record of building widely adopted tools or workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the rollout and continued adoption of Claude and Cursor as standard AI tooling and maintain docs and libraries.
• Design and build end-to-end agentic workstreams from trigger to PR with human review checkpoints.
• Partner with engineering to accelerate shipping with new AI-driven workflows and tooling.
• Collaborate with product on live prototyping and in-session coding for customer feedback.
