J.Jill is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to accelerate practical AI adoption across the company. You will partner with the AI Steering Committee to identify high-value opportunities, prototype AI-enabled solutions, and embed AI into daily work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, information systems or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years delivering technology solutions with hands-on AI / LLM experience.
• Experience with ChatGPT, Claude or similar platforms, including prompt engineering.
• Proven ability to prototype, automate, integrate, or build lightweight apps via APIs or low-code tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities across functions to boost productivity and outcomes.
• Design, prototype, test, and implement AI-enabled solutions and workflows.
• Translate AI capabilities into practical processes and scale adoption.
• Coach teams to build AI fluency through demonstrations and training.
