Job summary

Fractal is seeking an experienced AI Enablement Consultant to train users, build AI-enabled workflows, and operationalize use cases across business units. The role focuses on Claude Cowork and related AI workflows, with hands-on development and stakeholder collaboration.

You will lead onboarding sessions, drive adoption, and help scale AI capabilities while applying responsible AI practices in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms and tools.
• Proven ability to train users and run enablement programs.
• Strong communication and ability to translate business needs into AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding sessions for Claude Cowork users and conduct AI training.
• Translate business challenges into AI-enabled workflows and prototypes.
• Build, test, and refine AI workflows; deploy solutions with stakeholders.
• Monitor adoption, create templates, and scale AI use cases across teams.
