Job summary

Sproutup is seeking a strategic AI Enablement lead to drive AI projects from idea to launch, build the AI Hub, and enable employees with hands-on training and ongoing support. You will partner with IT, security, and business units to deliver measurable value and scale adoption across the organization.

The role requires hands-on experience with Anthropic/Claude and strong ability to influence without direct reports, while maintaining guardrails and ELT-level reporting for ongoing CoE initiatives.

Qualifications

• Shipped an AI-powered tool or automation used by others.
• Break down vague problems into deliverable pieces and ship the solution.
• Direct hands-on experience with Anthropic and Claude platform features.
• Able to discuss access, integrations, data, and security with IT.
• Ability to communicate updates to a broad audience and gain buy-in.
• Able to influence across departments without direct reports.
• Experience with ELT-level reporting and CoE collaboration.
• Comfortable handling sensitive or confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI projects from idea to pilot, launch, and sustainment with measurable benefits.
• Build and grow the AI Hub as the central learning and deployment place.
• Educate and enable staff through training sessions and office hours.
• Remove blockers with IT: access, tooling, integrations, security.
• Communicate relentlessly with regular and ad-hoc updates to the company.
• Maintain compliance and approved-use guardrails for fast-moving AI.
