Qualifications

• Experience teaching adults through coaching, enablement, or training.
• Demonstrated fluency with Claude and ability to demystify it for long-tenured professionals.
• Strong presence both in-person and on Zoom.
• Patience and energy for repetitive sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Claude 101/102 and role-specific sessions across client departments.
• Train executive cohorts in budgets, board updates, deal memos.
• Coach individuals through the learning curve.
• Run pair-programming sessions where client teams build their own automations.
• Feed learnings back into programs and playbooks.
