Job summary

Nimble Gravity is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to drive adoption and value realization of AI across client organizations. You will work directly with business users, leaders, and delivery teams, running workshops, trainings, and hands-on demonstrations to show practical AI impact.

You will field technical questions, translate capabilities into business outcomes, and collaborate with engineers and consultants to ensure responsible AI use in regulated contexts.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in enablement, training, consulting, organizational adoption, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI enablement programs and adoption efforts across client organizations.
• Facilitate workshops, trainings, and demonstrations for business users and leaders.
• Serve as an AI advocate, building excitement and guiding stakeholders through concerns.
