Job summary

Salesforce Staffing, LLC is seeking an AI Enablement Manager for a Washington, DC NGO client. You will bridge fundraisers, executives and IT to implement AI workflows using Salesforce as the core platform, expanding across the organization.

You should bring 5–8+ years in tech enablement, hands-on AI workflow experience, CRM knowledge, and strong project management. Hybrid in-office role with stakeholder collaboration and vendor/tool governance.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in technology enablement or related internal-facing roles.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-enabled workflows or copilots.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or other enterprise CRM and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Own AI enablement roadmap starting with Salesforce and expand org-wide.
• Translate fundraising, executive, and IT needs into repeatable AI workflows.
• Coordinate integrations with IT, architecture, and MCP concepts; ensure adoption.
