Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking a SFDC Process and Capability Lead for AI to accelerate productivity and innovation across its sales teams and operations. The role bridges technical capability with business applications within SFDC, guiding governance, pilots, and scalable AI-enabled solutions.

Qualified candidates have a business management degree with 6–10 years in IT/CRM and a strong grasp of SDLC, English and local language, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• 6-10 years experience in IT, CRM, Business & Strategy or related discipline.
• Experience designing and implementing overall process and tools management for SFDC capability.
• Thorough understanding of and experience applying business and sales operations practices.
• Mastery of English and local language; excellent communication of processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into defined requirements for AI-enabled SFDC capabilities.
• Drive requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and delivery.
• Define the AI capability roadmap for SFDC aligned with Sales priorities.
• Identify AI opportunities to improve productivity and experience.
• Provide centralized governance and lead pilots to validate value.
