Salesforce is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Engineer to translate customer goals into the Salesforce portfolio, delivering compelling demos and presentations that demonstrate business value using AI tooling.

You will respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, research technical POVs, and design innovative Salesforce-based solutions while building strong relationships with the sales team. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional work experience, preferably in nonprofit sector or software industry.
• Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Previous Salesforce Administrator experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Discover and analyze customer goals, mapping them to the Salesforce solution portfolio.
• Earn the "technical win" through compelling demos and presentations.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.
• Research and develop technical Points of View aligned with industry knowledge.
• Design innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Present customized, story-driven demos tied to business value using AI tooling.
• Build and maintain relationships with the sales team and account contacts.
• Feed customer requirements back to product and engineering teams.
• Participate in ongoing training and certifications.
• Travel domestically up to 20%.
