Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking an IT Director – AI Enablement to shape how AI is evaluated, prioritized, and applied across the organization. You will lead the AI Center of Excellence, set standards, and partner with security, legal, and architecture to drive responsible AI.

You will collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to enable AI capabilities, foster learning, and scale AI initiatives while aligning investments with strategic priorities in a hybrid work model based in St.

Qualifications

• Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or immediate surrounding area.
• 10+ years of leadership in AI, data, automation, digital transformation.
• 5+ years leading large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience deploying enterprise AI solutions and large technical integrations.
• Strong business and financial acumen with experience managing investments and budgets.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Commitment to security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI principles.
• Master's degree in AI, Data Science, CS, ML, Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Experience with AI governance programs, Centers of Excellence, or enterprise AI transformation.
• Experience with modern AI platforms, cloud ecosystems, Copilot suite, and enterprise data platforms.
• Experience leading AI adoption, organizational change management, and workforce enablement.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve AI strategy, operating model, and investment priorities across the enterprise.
• Establish and mature the AI Center of Excellence for standards, governance, and enablement.
• Drive AI literacy, workforce readiness, and adoption across business teams.
• Partner with Security, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Architecture on responsible AI policies.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to align priorities and investments for AI initiatives.
• Develop leaders and practitioners, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
