Job summary

Creo Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Enablement Consultant to drive end-to-end client engagements, from discovery through adoption, guiding AI champions and governance initiatives in regulated environments.

You will develop client-ready artifacts, enablement assets, and governance frameworks while mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development initiatives. Raleigh, NC-based role with frequent cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience or equivalent work experience, including leading engagements and mentoring junior staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; master’s or equivalent post-graduate degree (or in process) preferred.
• Proven ability to design and deliver AI-enabled solutions that drive adoption and business value.
• Demonstrated leadership managing project teams and client engagements with significant autonomy.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to explain AI concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft 365 suite with client-ready deliverables.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and cloud platforms to support AI deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Enablement engagements end-to-end from discovery to delivery, adoption, and ongoing leadership.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and engagement teams with autonomy.
• Direct discovery to translate pain points into practical AI opportunities (chatbots, automation, analytics).
• Develop governance artifacts, roadmaps, and financial models that show measurable value.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure engagements meet client expectations and quality standards.
