Choose Chicago is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to help shape AI adoption across Sales, Marketing, Communications, Client Services, Human Resources, Finance and Operations. This role serves as the internal liaison to a leading AI consultancy and provides executive support to the Chief Sales Officer and Sales leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Information Systems, or Business or equivalent experience required.
• Experience providing executive-level administrative support to senior leadership preferable.
• Foundational knowledge in artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and digital transformation.

• Serve as internal liaison to AI consultancy and coordinate initiatives across departments.
• Manage calendars, meetings, and communications for Sales leadership.
• Draft letters, memos, and presentations for leadership.
• Prepare agendas and meeting materials for executive discussions.
• Maintain data privacy and confidentiality in all AI-related work.
