Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required with experience in business analysis, project management, or process improvement.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and build relationships across stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management and change management practices; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal consultant to UNC System Office divisions, identifying opportunities to improve processes and services using AI responsibly.
• Facilitate evaluation, design, implementation, and adoption of AI-enabled solutions across governance, security, privacy, and ethics.
